In a science fiction double bill, Disney Studios UK called upon the creative talents of Michelle Thompson and Matt Murphy to help promote Guardians of the Galaxy 3.

The very talentedΒ Matt MurphyΒ was commissioned by Disney Studios UK to create a music inspired poster for the upcoming release ofΒ Guardians of the GalaxyΒ Vol 3.

Matt Murphy's poster nods to iconic musical references

Soundtracks play a pivotal role in the series, as such the team at Disney wanted Matt to make music the focus of the poster. The beams of light give a knowing nod to an iconic piece of Pink Floyd imagery, whist highlighting the sense of fun and humour that comes with the Guardians films.

Michelle Thompson was also commissioned to create a poster for the newly released movie, with her design paying homage to vintage music posters.
